We are back at work. Back to reality. My question is, How often did you write 2023 for the date?

But then I am pondering, do we write the date often these days? Is that an issue in 2024?

The date used to be written on checks, letters, signing contracts, etc. If you are like me, you don’t write many checks anymore, so that may not be a concern.

If you are typing a letter then you may place the date on it. I believe more often the case is you correspond via email. It puts the date on the email for you. No problem there.

So the big issue, these days, may be on executing contracts. But how often do we do that? Not very often for me.

So I guess in this day and time, paying attention to writing the correct year isn’t a concern like it was back in the old days!

Did you write the wrong year on something today? What did I miss that still requires a date listed? Please help. How much has the world changed from 20 years ago?
