A humble woman who prays:
That is me, to put it simply. No one fancy. No one famous. Just me. A simple woman who tries to follow the lead of Christ and to serve as Jesus Christ has shown us to serve God and others.

May Christ shine in you and from you!

I don’t have an accent, You have an accent.

We are all different but we are all the same. That’s what we assume in our everyday life. As we go through our days, we operate as if others are just like us. Well except for her or him, but the normal people are like us. Yeah, right, the normal people!

Who has the accent? Not me!

We are all different but we are all the same. That’s what we assume in our everyday life. As we go through our days, we operate as if others are just like us. They think the same, behave the same, appreciate the same things, and we are the same. Well except for her or him, but the normal people are like us. Yeah, right, the normal people!

What is NORMAL?

Everyone wanting their family happy and healthy is normal, I would think. We pray for and help each other when a need is at hand. Here at A humble woman prays .blog, we have a constant list of prayer needs that we receive. Why because God put the needs of others in our hearts when he gave the 2nd most important commandment .

If you have a prayer need please share it in the comments. We view every comment before we post it. So if you want your prayer need confidential, just note it. We respect you and your privacy.

You shall love your neighbor as yourself. Matthew 22:39

How are we different?

We are different in my ways. Our race, gender, age, stage in our life, with children/ without children, career choice, hobbies and many other areas that make us different. However regardless of these areas that society may use to separate us, we are all the same in the two areas that really matter.

We are ALL God’s children

regardless of any difference. Regardless if we are living as God’s word tells us, we should. Reminder: I know you have heard it before but it is definitely true, No person is perfect. We all make mistakes. We all fall short of being the person that we believe that we should be.

That person that causes you to shake your head or laugh at them, because they messed up, they are God’s children. They know they aren’t perfect. They don’t need us pointing it out to them or to anyone else.

We all have need help

What do they need? They need an encouraging word. Confirmation that we all make mistake and plenty of them. A smile that shows they are worth it. Your attention to listen to them. It always helps to share their thoughts and shame with someone else. Someone who will not use it against them. They are worth your time, your smile, your understanding!

Then seal it with a prayer! Bring God into it! Pray with them or if they don’t care to pray, pray by yourself right afterwards.

It's okay to be different. It is okay for them to be different too.
Be different- Give kindness and a prayer

If you have a prayer need please share it in the comments. We view every comment before we post it. So if you want your prayer need confidential, just note it. We respect you and your privacy. We will pray for your needs. Thank you.

Dear Lord, please be with the person whispering their prayer to you. Let them know that you are here with them. You hear their prayers, silent or stated out loud. You know all and you love them. So you will always do what they need, even if they do not know the answer. I stand with them in their prayer today. We pray together as your son taught us;

Our Father, who art in heaven,
hallowed be thy name,
thy kingdom come,
thy will be done,
on earth as it is in heaven.
Give us this day our daily bread.
And forgive us our debts,
as we forgive our debtors.
And lead us not into temptation,
but deliver us from evil.
For thine is the kingdom,
and the power, and the glory,
forever. Amen.
