
When something happens that hurts us or makes us angry:
💕we can often talk ourselves out of that emotion. “That’s life” “The sun will come up tomorrow” “Put on your Big Girl Panties” “Don’t let it bother you” And sometimes these work. But sometimes, they don’t.
💕Exercise can help get us out of our heads. Sweating seems to help with that, doesn’t it. 😊
💕Music can also help to move our focus onto happier thoughts and feelings.
But sometimes, you need to work through what happen and try to compartmentalize the emotions and damage.
💕Talking to a friend, is a nice way to work though feelings and hurts. Especially when you have a wonderful blessing of a friend like I do. ❤️
❤️Talking about it with the Lord can help calm “the seas” and let you look at your part of the situation. Work through their part. And come out better on the other side. The Lord is good at looking at and reflecting back to you “the Whole Truth”. Also having a little talk with Jesus, immediately puts us in his arms. Let me tell the Peace of being in the Lord’s arms, can not be found anywhere on this earth, except with him.
Life isn’t easy. Hurtful experiences happen to all of us but it doesn’t stop the pain and heartache. It can change us and yes, my friends, it can leave us with bitterness in our hearts and actions. We don’t want that.

So now I have a checkoff list when Life “Sucks”: (Thanks to private messages from many of you!)

___Let’s get physical.
___Listen to the Music. Dancing with the music is a plus!)
___Talk with your friends.
___Have a or many conversations with the Lord.
___What works for you!
The Sun will come up tomorrow, but it may be hidden by those clouds of emotions. But it will come up again!
Lord, Thank you for listening when we are experiencing pain or when we caused pain for others. We need you no matter which side we are. You love us and You are the Light that will get us through whatever we are experiencing and even make us a better person. Thank you, Amen!
