God made all of creation in 6 days and rested on the 7th. He blessed us with 7 days to bless us. He didn’t add a Monday to so we would be miserable. Sometimes we make Monday is enemy. But the choice is yours. Will it be a blessing to you and others or will it be a day that you walk around frowning and miserable. The choice is up to you! What say you?
During one of my weekly visits to the Senor Care Facilities, one of my parishioners, Shirley, is fond of saying, “I read that it takes less muscles to smile than it does to frown. Let’s Smile!” Shirley had held onto a nugget of gold during her 93 years!
You have the control to determine if you will have a joyful day, without giving into the negativity of others. Remember you have the power to control your reactions and emotions.
The power of your perspective and reaction is in your hands. Decide it wisely.
